Blanking
Much of the raw material processed in our facilities is delivered in flat rolled, coil form and then die cut by either customer supplied or in-house built blank dies. We also straight cut coils into sheets of steel or cut-to-length. Our blanking presses have a 40,000 pound coil capacity with a maximum coil width of 72 inches. These blanks can be delivered to one of our 12 press lines for further production or are packaged to ship to customer specifications.
