Our stamping and assembly expertise is put to work with the Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) pallets we manufacture for transporting bulk liquids. Our ability to adapt our equipment to meet the needs of various industries is why we’re considered one of the best. We apply our skills in automotive stamping and assembly to produce an IBC pallet that exceeds quality requirements and saves our customer money.
We have the capability to produce stamping and kit assemblies for the military as well as sheet metal processing for the prison sector. Our automotive stamping and assembly expertise easily translates to products such as stamped mower decks for lawn and garden, washer and dryers for the appliance industry, aluminum brick wall form sheets for construction, metal components for solar heliostats and other solar tracking devices and steel components for office equipment and furniture.
By providing existing manufacturing capability and capacity, we have the ability to assist Solar energy companies in cutting their capital costs. We can be the contract manufacturer for those companies that have the design, marketing, research, and sales functions, but lack the manufacturing capability.
For products that require high-quality corrosion resistance, our cathodic electrodepostion prime painting system or e-coat, allows us to paint most metal substrates including steel and aluminum with a maximum part size of 72 x 156 inches.
