Nissan North America’s 2007 Quality Master Certificate: The Quality Master certificate recognizes Nissan North America's top suppliers based on quality evaluations from Nissan's North American Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Quality, Production control and Purchasing divisions. Suppliers are rated on their performance regarding: parts per million defect rate, warranty, countermeasure lead-time, recalls and responsiveness.
2007 Zero Defect Certificate: The Zero Defects certificate is earned by suppliers that achieve an overall defect rate of fewer than three PPM (parts per million) based on quality evaluations for the past Fiscal year.
Ford’s Q1 Certification: Q1 signifies that you maintain your delivery rating and shipment accuracy and maintain the defect rate below the PPM standards Ford has set forth.
Gerstenslager’s facilities are certified to the standards set for the ISO 14001, environmental management system and the TS 16949 quality management system.
