Stamping
Gerstenslager has 12 tandem press lines available, 75 presses with tonnage from 70 to 3,250-ton and bed sizes ranging from 84” up to 180” wide with double action air-cushion draw presses in most lines. Regular, active inspections are performed on these lines during production including hi-lighting techniques, gage checks, and visual checks.
Our team approach to stamping is what sets us apart. Each team is responsible for the set up, robotic programming, and production of the line, giving employees a feeling of ownership to the products they produce, positively impacting quality and out put.
We have 140,000 square foot of inside die storage available and die cleaning/maintenance cells in all of our stamping facilities.
